Who we are

It is a trading name of PC888 Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 14947054), with its registered office at the same address. What this website collects

• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which buttons people use, such as Book, Call, Directions and party enquiries. If you choose "Accept All", Google Analytics sets cookies so it can recognise repeat visits. If you choose "Essential Only" or close the banner, no analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals (for example, that a page was viewed), without anything that recognises you. We never send your name, email or phone number to Google Analytics.
• Meta Pixel. Only if you choose "Accept All", we may also use the Meta Pixel to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram posts and adverts bring people to the site and to bookings. It sets cookies and lets Meta recognise your visit. With "Essential Only" it never loads. We never send your name, email or phone number to Meta.
• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. Our hosting provider counts page views and measures how fast the site loads. These tools don't use cookies and don't identify you.
• Storage on your device. Your browser remembers your cookie choice and your mini-game high scores. This stays on your device; we don't receive it.

Bookings, maps and social media

• StepOn bookings are handled by Dojo. When you book, Dojo processes your details under its own privacy policy and shares the booking with us so we can host your session.
• Squishy Bar bookings are also handled by Dojo. Dojo receives the parent's name, mobile number and email, and each child's first name and age, and shares the booking with us. We use these details only to run the session and contact you about it. Agreeing to photos of your child on our social media is optional, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
• The map on our page is provided by Google Maps, which loads content from Google.
• Links to Instagram and TikTok take you to those platforms, where their own privacy policies apply.

If you contact us

If you email or call us, for example about a party, we use your details only to reply and to arrange what you asked for. We keep them only as long as we need to for that purpose, and for any records the law requires.

Why we're allowed to use your data

• Analytics cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Cookieless visit counts and site security: our legitimate interest in running and improving the website.
• Bookings and enquiries: to take the steps you ask for before or under a booking.

Where your data goes

Google, Meta, Vercel and Dojo may process data outside the UK. When they do, they rely on legal safeguards approved for UK data transfers. Google Analytics keeps event data for no longer than 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we use it or withdraw your consent. Email us and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
